35% restocking or cancellation fee (prior to shipment). (Custom -

products -- If determined to be returnable -- 60% restocking) On shipped products add initial shipping and handling charges..
Products to be returned must have all of the original documentation, cables,
manuals, and shipping carton and a Vision Return Authorization Tracking Number
(VRATN). Call Vision at 770 312-8917 to obtain Authorization and
Restocking Charges prior to returning any product(s). |
| Warranties: All product warranties are provided directly
by the product's manufacturer (not Vision Information Systems, Inc.) and cover
material and workmanship. Acts of God, the Federal Government and other
failures not related to material and/or workmanship are excluded.

material and workmanship cover 12 to 36 months. These products are not
